This diploma thesis focuses on the remuneration system of workers in a chosen company PiTV – StarMedia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – a theoretical part, a practical part, and a proposal of a solution and its benefits. The first part contains theoretical basis. The practical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state of the remuneration system in the company, it also contains the research obtained by interviews, and the analysis of its results. The last part is a proposal of a solution and its benefits, an innovation of the current remuneration system.

The main focus of this diploma thesis is motivation program of selected company. The theoretical part covers the basic concepts related to motivation, theory of motivation, compensation, and employee care. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation and research of satisfaction which is conducted with the use of questionnaire method. The final part of work is devoted to proposals and recommendations, which should increase satisfaction and the motivation of company employees.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of a motivational programme and suggestions for its possible changes of the ALTREVA, limited liability company. The theoretical part of the work concentrates on summing up the basic observations on the topic. The practical part contains analyses of the present state of the company, its competition and the employment market as well as a research conducted with the use of the questionnaire method. The final part of the work provides suggestions for improvement of the current condition based on the results of the questionnaire search and other analyses.

Web and Mobile App for Assigning and Confirming Tasks

This work solves managing employees by a dispatcher. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the work of a dispatcher, as well as a single employee's tasks. I focused on assigning tasks, event notification, and tasks state changes and all that in real-time. The solution consists of a website application that is used by a dispatcher and mobile application for employees. Website application is made in the PHP framework Symfony and the mobile app is made in the Flutter framework. The whole idea is to simplify the communication process. The dispatcher is able to check the state of assigned tasks whenever he needs, as well as the employee is notified about the newly assigned task, or changed task state, immediately. The solution significantly simplified the dispatcher's job. The idle times and unnecessary employee journeys were eliminated thanks to the immediate response, which made the whole process more effective. Following these facts, the overall costs should be lowered, and also more work should be made in the same amount of time.

My thesis is focused on the theme "The specifics of leadership and management of associates in the construction company”. First section describes the construction, building company and its surroundings. Than it deals with theories of associates leadership and management and employee motivation theories. In the practical part it examines to what extent the specificity of construction reflects in the personal and professional relationships among colleagues.

The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.

Diploma thesis discusses the work of management and selection of new colleagues in the real estate market. The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.
Layout solution of a small workmanship within a given company

This thesis is focused on the process of making a disposition draft of a small machineshop producing 70000 bearing housings per year. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on fundamentals of designing machining production units. Practical part describes in detail the process of designing dispositional solution for the machineshop which is based on performed capacity calculations. These calculations were used as a guide in the process of designing two diferent machineshops. The first one is fitted with conventional machining devices whereas the second machineshop uses CNC mills to produce the housing. These two projects are compared to each other to give reader a better picture on which machineshop of the two is better.
